New York Comic Con…where to even begin?

Well, Sock Talk had the great honor of a booth at NYCC this year and it was definitely an amazing experience. It was bizarre to be at a con on a “professional” level, and if you’re a fan of Sock Talk, as you can well imagine, we of course were completely unprepared. Anyone who walked past our booth was greeted with a hearty “Woooooo!” of the “Ric Flare Gun” followed by either a verbal berating as they ignored us, or awkward conversation if they decided to engage us. Our friends from Same Night Movie Review were along for the ride as they hung out with us for the weekend at good ole booth #3265 and were often heard to loudly proclaim “WHAT’S ALL THIS SOCK TALK ABOUT?!”. Luckily our booth neighbors were good spirited and tolerant of our foul language and boisterous nature.

I could spend all day going into detail about all the things we saw, but it would take hours to write and frankly, I’m a lazy, lazy man. So, instead, I suggest listening to the two audio segments, looking the photos below, and checking out the little skit we put together in the video above. And for god sake, please, PLEASE eat delicious Kelloggs® Krave Cereal, part of a nutritious and balanced breakfast.
